Which documents are necessary?
For a financing application, we need the following documents:
Documents for all properties:
- Floor plans
- Building insurance certificate
- Land register extract (not older than 6 months)
- Photos of the property (inside and outside)
- Purchase contract or new acquisition draft purchase contract
- Last three salary slips
- Last tax return incl. auxiliary sheets
- Statement of own funds for new acquisitions
- Copy of current mortgage agreement (only if the mortgage is redeemed)
Additional for apartments
- Regulations for condominium ownership (for holiday apartments)
Additionally for pledges / withdrawals of pension fund benefits
- Pension certificate Pension fund
In addition for rented individual properties
- Currently valid rental agreement
